僕がTDLで働いているいた時に1番スゴイと思ったのは、アルバイトが新しいサービスや既存サービスの改善策を提案してそれがどういうプロセスで実際に現場に反映されるか、全てロードマップとして提供されていて、それを自由に利用することが可能になっていた点。

何が言いたいかというと、これは政治家とかも良く言うんだが、皆さんのお話聞かせてください！アイディアをください！と言っても、話の通り道とその案内図が無ければ、永久に反映される事は無いと言うことだ。あー、スッキリした。
